Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original Georgia Boot box and secure them inside a standard shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
